About the role

  • Process orders with suppliers, verifying product availability, pricing, and shipping details.
  • Ensure all orders are processed within the specified timeframe.
  • Communicate with clients professionally and efficiently to resolve order-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support to address catalog-related inquiries and ensure the product catalog remains up to date.
  • Respond to internal and external client inquiries regarding order status, shipping, and returns.
  • Provide clear and timely updates to the Customer Support team on order exceptions or delays.
  • Escalate complex client or supplier issues to the appropriate team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a procurement, operations, or customer support role.
  • Experience with product listing management and order fulfillment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platform guidelines and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across procurement, support, and operations teams.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Zendesk experience is a plus!
