About the role
- Process orders with suppliers, verifying product availability, pricing, and shipping details.
- Ensure all orders are processed within the specified timeframe.
- Communicate with clients professionally and efficiently to resolve order-related issues or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Customer Support to address catalog-related inquiries and ensure the product catalog remains up to date.
- Respond to internal and external client inquiries regarding order status, shipping, and returns.
- Provide clear and timely updates to the Customer Support team on order exceptions or delays.
- Escalate complex client or supplier issues to the appropriate team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a procurement, operations, or customer support role.
- Experience with product listing management and order fulfillment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platform guidelines and compliance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally across procurement, support, and operations teams.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Zendesk experience is a plus!
