About the role
- Support the residential unit manager in all organizational and administrative tasks
- Ensure care quality and compliance with care processes
- Coordinate and plan shift schedules
- Promote professional development and motivate the team
- Communicate with relatives and physicians to coordinate care
- Participate in internal meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Completed qualification in general nursing or geriatric nursing
- Experience in a leadership role, preferably in intensive care
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities
- Organizational skills and assertiveness
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Team player with empathy in dealing with patients and relatives
