About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Developing customized technical solutions to meet client and project requirements
Serving as an internal physical security technology subject matter expert supporting project managers and systems designers
Contributing to the development of engineering and technical consulting tools and processes
Creating, editing, reviewing, and proofing design and engineering drawings package components
Conducting technical studies and product research
Troubleshooting and resolving client and project issues
Supporting system testing and commissioning activities
Participating in project management

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of security system design and/or security technology experience is required
2+ years Revit &/or AutoCAD experience is preferred
Proficiency in Lenel security system hardware and programming required
Genetec, C
CURE, and other security system hardware and programming are a plus
Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software
Proficiency in Bluebeam and Navisworks
Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design software such as Revit & AutoCAD is required
Technical aptitude and a facility with software applications are required
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to organize and present design information to clients
