About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute internal communications strategies supporting technology initiatives, transformation, and IT priorities.
Develop communication plans, stakeholder messaging, FAQs, and readiness materials for high-impact change initiatives.
Create, edit, and manage internal communications across email, SharePoint intranet, Microsoft Teams, newsletters, videos, and employee resources.
Oversee communications projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines, metrics, employee feedback, and adoption data.
Collaborate with IT, HR, Corporate Communications, and business stakeholders to align messaging and provide communications counsel.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Communications, Organizational Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
At least three (3) years of experience in internal communications, change communications, or corporate communications
Demonstrated project management capabilities
Experience supporting technology initiatives, digital transformation, or enterprise change programs
Exceptional writing and editing skills across multiple communication channels
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience partnering across technical and business teams
Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and respond effectively to changing priorities
Preferred: Experience in telecommunications, enterprise technology organizations, or IT departments
Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft 365, AI-enabled workplace technologies, and internal communication platforms such as Workshop
Preferred: Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR
