Program Level Capital Planning & Forecasting
Monthly capital review meetings with regional and functional stakeholders
Monitor project and program capital expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets
Track capital performance trends and provide proactive early warning insights
Evaluate project invoicing against progress metrics and capital plans

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required (Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or related field) or equivalent experience.
Minimum of five (5) years of capital management experience, ideally within telecommunications, construction, or infrastructure deployment.
Strong understanding of OSP project cost structures, capital lifecycle, materials cost modeling, and construction financials.
Advanced proficiency with Excel; ability to build and interpret financial models, pivot tables, and multi-variable forecasts.
Experience producing month-end financial reporting for senior leadership.
Familiarity with NTIA or similar program requirements (Davis Bacon, BABA, EA) as a plus.
Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Site tracker, Oracle or other project/financial management platforms is a plus.
Authorized to work in the United States.
