About the role
- Program Level Capital Planning & Forecasting
- Monthly capital review meetings with regional and functional stakeholders
- Monitor project and program capital expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets
- Track capital performance trends and provide proactive early warning insights
- Evaluate project invoicing against progress metrics and capital plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required (Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or related field) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of capital management experience, ideally within telecommunications, construction, or infrastructure deployment.
- Strong understanding of OSP project cost structures, capital lifecycle, materials cost modeling, and construction financials.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel; ability to build and interpret financial models, pivot tables, and multi-variable forecasts.
- Experience producing month-end financial reporting for senior leadership.
- Familiarity with NTIA or similar program requirements (Davis Bacon, BABA, EA) as a plus.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Site tracker, Oracle or other project/financial management platforms is a plus.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
