About the role

  • Familiarity with testing practices.
  • Experience working with Git and collaborating in team environments.
  • Understanding of web application architecture, scalability, and performance considerations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Interest in staying up to date with new technologies and development practices.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2).
  • Based in Latin America.
  • Nice to have: Experience experimenting with AI tools or AI-assisted development workflows.
  • Spanish proficiency (intermediate level or higher).
  • Educational background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
