About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and execute signal-led outbound strategy for enterprise accounts
  • Build and run multi-channel campaigns across outbound, events, webinars, and digital that drive enterprise pipeline from first touch through closed-won
  • Write and refine enterprise outbound messaging aligned to Zapier's AI and automation use cases
  • Design account-based plays for high-value targets
  • Partner directly with Sales to align campaigns with active deal motion
  • Run three or more experiments per week across messaging, channels, offers, and timing
  • Use AI tools to accelerate execution and build repeatable, scalable workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 or more years of B2B marketing experience with a strong focus on enterprise demand gen and outbound, and a track record of hitting pipeline targets
  • A background in SaaS or automation/integration platforms with experience marketing to enterprise IT, Sales Operations, or RevOps personas
  • Experience running integrated, complex campaigns across digital, events, and partner channels
  • Ability to read product usage, intent, firmographic signals as buyer context
  • Experience running structured experiments and treating misses as data
  • Built campaigns that Sales adopts: sequences, messaging frameworks, and playbooks that scale
  • An AI-forward mindset with hands-on experience using AI to improve speed, quality, or relevance
  • Comfortable building campaigns for segments without established playbooks
  • Hands-on experience with modern outbound engagement platforms (Hubspot, Gong Engage), ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense), and enrichment tools (Clay, ZoomInfo, Apollo).
