About the role
- Lead responses to critical incidents and customer-impacting events
- Work directly with enterprise customers
- Collaborate across engineering, product, and support to solve urgent problems
- Build internal tools and improve core product features based on real-world feedback
- Enterprise Experience team writing the playbook; foundational projects include building first dedicated user flows for enterprise admins and builders
- Creating core features like: hierarchical account management; cross-org visibility into usage and assets; user provisioning and permissions transfer; alerts, dashboards, audit logs, and more
- Enterprise Response team keeps systems resilient and reliable for millions of users; leads incident response
- Identity Platform team builds secure identity/auth provisioning and role management
- This role is high impact with direct connection to customers daily
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years at a senior level.
- At least 4 years dedicated to building and refining web-based software products.
- Strong backend skills, with experience ideally in Python, Django, Node.js, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS. Familiarity with tools like GitLab, Kubernetes, and Terraform is a plus.
- For our Full Stack roles - we are looking for Full Stack comfort—primarily backend but can contribute to frontend work (React).
- Experience with event-driven systems and platform thinking. You’ve built scalable tools that help other teams move faster and simpler. You’re familiar with systems like Kafka, SQS, and Fastify, and you’ve worked with observability tools like Datadog, Grafana, and Graylog
- You’ve used AI tooling for work or personal use—or you are willing to dive in and learn fast. You explore new tools, workflows, and ideas to make things more efficient, and are eager to deepen your understanding of AI and use it regularly.
