About the role
- Manage full cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to candidate engagement to closing top candidates
- Find or create new sources of talent
- Meet or exceed high standards for candidate experience
- Manage 5-10 requisitions at any given time, consistently make 3+ hires/month
- Leverage data and technology including AI and automation tools
- Contribute to the Talent Acquisition team's AI transformation
- Meet or exceed KPIs for time to hire, time to fill, and candidate NPS
- Travel of 5% - 10% for company summits
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical roles at a software or technology company
- Experience evaluating candidates for a variety of technical and product roles
- Enjoy the challenge of finding exceptional talent for hard-to-fill Applied AI, Software Engineering, Data, and Site Reliability roles
- High degree of AI fluency
- Familiarity with Zapier is a big plus
- Advocate for creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to drive the best decisions with hiring managers
- Data-driven approach to tracking pipeline health
- Resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity and change
- Champion for diversity hiring & inclusive interview practices
- Comfortable driving and managing up
