About the role

Manage full cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to candidate engagement to closing top candidates
Find or create new sources of talent
Meet or exceed high standards for candidate experience
Manage 5-10 requisitions at any given time, consistently make 3+ hires/month
Leverage data and technology including AI and automation tools
Contribute to the Talent Acquisition team's AI transformation
Meet or exceed KPIs for time to hire, time to fill, and candidate NPS
Travel of 5% - 10% for company summits

At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical roles at a software or technology company
Experience evaluating candidates for a variety of technical and product roles
Enjoy the challenge of finding exceptional talent for hard-to-fill Applied AI, Software Engineering, Data, and Site Reliability roles
High degree of AI fluency
Familiarity with Zapier is a big plus
Advocate for creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to drive the best decisions with hiring managers
Data-driven approach to tracking pipeline health
Resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity and change
Champion for diversity hiring & inclusive interview practices
Comfortable driving and managing up
