About the role
- Lead standard renewals for our upmarket segment
- Execute timely renewals by owning the process
- Protect logo retention and ARR outcomes in every renewal
- Collaborate closely with RevOps, Billing, Legal, and Sales
- Maintain accurate renewal forecasts in Gong and HubSpot
- Continuously refine renewal processes
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in renewals, deal desk, account management, or sales roles in SaaS
- Comfortable building in a "Series A inside a later-stage company"
- Thrives in CRM tools (HubSpot, Gong)
- Customer-centric negotiator
- Cross-functional partner with Customer Success, Sales, RevOps, Billing, and Legal
