About the role
- Uncover and solve revenue blockers to drive customer expansion and retention
- Run incremental experiments across the customer journey (trial, upsell, churn, renewals)
- Validate hypotheses through A/B tests and customer feedback
- Collaborate with engineering team and feature squads
- Keep stakeholders aligned on priorities and success metrics
- Drive cross-functional execution of experiments
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Hands-on experience with the revenue lifecycle
- Understanding of SaaS or eCommerce metrics
- Ability to support or lead experimentation cycles
- Comfortable with CSV, fixing Zaps, and drafting email copy
- Experience using AI tools and quick prototypes
- Bonus: Ability to write simple code (e.g., SQL queries, scripts, API calls)
