About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the Government’s point of contact for cybersecurity matters
- Provide cybersecurity subject matter expertise for Assessment and Authorization (A&A) of information systems
- Execute DoW/DLA cybersecurity processes to authorize and maintain authorization of information systems
- Support systems undergoing the authorization process
- Apply NIST 800-53 security controls to large organizations’ IT infrastructures, including enclaves, cloud hosted services, operational technology, AIS applications, and outsourced IT processes
- Determine residual risk of identified vulnerabilities and possible ramifications for current or future authorization
- Brief senior management on progress or results of systems undergoing the Risk Management Framework process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Five (5) years of relevant C&A experience
- Risk Management Framework (RMF) and NIST C&A experience
- DoD cybersecurity experience
- Experience assessing security controls and conducting authorization reviews for large, complex organizations
- Moderate Risk, Non-Critical Sensitive, Tier 3 (T3)/NACLC/ANACI investigation at proposal submission
- Secret security clearance
- DoD-approved 8570 baseline certification: Category IAM Level III
- US citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret or higher clearance, per contract requirements
