About the role
- Configure and customize the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module in both implementation and post‑go‑live environments
- Support and maintain live Employee Central environments, including troubleshooting configuration issues, resolving incidents, and performing root‑cause analysis
- Analyze business requirements, define problem statements, evaluate solution options, and provide recommendations aligned with SAP best practices
- Develop, execute, and support testing activities, including unit testing, UAT support, regression testing, and release validation
- Monitor compliance with global templates and blueprints
- Provide end‑user and HR support, including documentation management
- Cooperate closely with other SuccessFactors consultants
- Communicate proactively with various functional teams throughout the organization
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience for a mid-level role
- Minimum 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience for a senior-level role
- Certification of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Proven full-cycle implementations - your true expertise is more important than your bachelor's degree
- Full-professional proficiency in Polish, both written and spoken
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- German language skills would be advantageous
- Knowledge in the additional SF modules and integration will be considered as an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Accountability for actions, especially under stressful situations
- Commitment and determination in problem-solving
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
