About the role

  • Responsibility for a defined client portfolio
  • Maintain master and transaction data from onboarding to termination of employment
  • Ensure and carry out timely, high-quality payroll processing
  • Provide competent advice to clients on tax and social insurance matters
  • Communicate with social insurance institutions, offices and authorities
  • Prepare all necessary information for audits

Requirements

  • Several years' relevant qualifications and experience in Austrian payroll
  • Solid expertise in tax and social insurance law
  • Experience with collective bargaining/tariff law, occupational pension schemes, inbound and expatriate employees (in-/expats), and garnishments is desirable
  • Service-oriented, structured and reliable working style
  • Above-average customer focus and strong communication skills
  • Confident and proficient use of MS Office applications
  • Experience with SAP HCM and other payroll systems
  • Business-fluent German and fluent English
