About the role
- Responsibility for a defined client portfolio
- Maintain master and transaction data from onboarding to termination of employment
- Ensure and carry out timely, high-quality payroll processing
- Provide competent advice to clients on tax and social insurance matters
- Communicate with social insurance institutions, offices and authorities
- Prepare all necessary information for audits
Requirements
- Several years' relevant qualifications and experience in Austrian payroll
- Solid expertise in tax and social insurance law
- Experience with collective bargaining/tariff law, occupational pension schemes, inbound and expatriate employees (in-/expats), and garnishments is desirable
- Service-oriented, structured and reliable working style
- Above-average customer focus and strong communication skills
- Confident and proficient use of MS Office applications
- Experience with SAP HCM and other payroll systems
- Business-fluent German and fluent English
