About the role
- Develop and deliver essential documentation throughout the Test Phase, adhering to the contract and project implementation plan.
- Participate in client workshops during the preparation and execution of the Test Phase.
- Configure test tools and customise testing templates.
- Collaborate with the client and internal teams to coordinate test cycles.
- Ensure timely provisioning of access for both client and operations teams during the Test Phase.
- Organise and manage training sessions for client and internal staff.
- Supervise the execution of each test cycle, ensuring progress stays on track.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on the status and outcomes of test cycles.
- Lead all Test Phase activities, serving as the primary coordination point.
- Support the advancement of Zalaris’ testing methodology by helping to refine and establish standardised testing practices across projects.
- Leverage technology to streamline, automate, and improve the efficiency of test execution whenever feasible.
- Mentor, guide and support Project Managers in planning and carrying out test activities.
- Assume the role of Project Manager in scenarios where a dedicated Test Manager is unnecessary or when business needs require it.
- Collaborate closely with SAP functional and technical teams.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in HR and payroll implementation projects.
- In-depth understanding of test lifecycle methodologies, including the development and execution of test strategies.
- Knowledge of testing processes within SAP system is a must.
- Hands-on experience with test management tools and automation frameworks.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders and coordinate across teams.
- Proactive and collaborative approach, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
