About the role

  • Lead SAP HR / HCM projects across the entire lifecycle – from concept to post-go-live support
  • Analyze, plan and optimize HR/payroll processes and act as the primary point of contact for our clients
  • Manage budget, schedule and resources, including reporting and risk management
  • Coordinate onshore and offshore teams and maintain targeted communication with stakeholders
  • Support pre-sales activities including proposal structuring, effort estimation and client presentations
  • Ensure quality and continuous improvement through the application of proven methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate, SCRUM, PRINCE2)

Requirements

  • Several years of experience leading SAP HR / HCM projects, preferably with a focus on payroll
  • Strong knowledge of SAP HR / payroll processes and an understanding of related HR topics
  • Experience leading cross-functional, international project teams
  • Proficient in both traditional and agile project methodologies and common tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills when dealing with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, with a solution-oriented and responsible approach
