About the role
- You are responsible for a variety of mandates related to EDM, payroll and travel processing requests
- In addition to processing payroll, you will be working closely with German customers, answering their queries and providing the solutions within the SLA
- You assist the internal team (process experts) in understanding the German language and together achieve the target of the team
- You will actively support in translating documents from German to English and visa versa
- Maintenance of organizational structure
- Preparation and delivery of reports
- Train and guide other team members
- Performing any additional tasks, linked to the primary scope of the position
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Interpreting, or related field
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience related experience would be added advantage
- Proficient in German language (B2,C1)
- SAP experience would be added advantage
- Enjoy communication with clients
- Digital affinity and openness to learning and trying new things
- Team spirit and a willingness to take on responsibility complete your profile
