About the role
- Planning, management and execution of SAP HCM migration projects, including analysis of existing HR systems
- Development and implementation of customized migration strategies with a focus on data integrity and data quality
- Collaboration with internal and external project stakeholders to ensure achievement of objectives
- Conducting client workshops as well as analyzing and documenting requirements
- Preparation of technical concepts, solution proposals and project reports
- Supporting the presales team with proposal documentation, presentations and subject-matter expertise
Requirements
- Degree in (business) informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in SAP HCM migration projects, particularly with the PA (Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management), PY (Payroll) and PT (Time Management) modules
- Confident use of data migration tools and strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong communication skills, team player and professional demeanor in client-facing situations
- Initial experience conducting workshops, performing requirements analyses and producing technical documentation
- Experience in presales and preparing technical proposals is an advantage
- Fluent German and good English skills, experience in presales, and willingness to travel approximately 20%
