About the role

  • Independently implement SuccessFactors Time Tracking, including integration with Employee Central
  • Plan and conduct client workshops — from requirements analysis to solution design
  • Drive implementation with clear communication between clients, project teams, and stakeholders
  • Responsible for on-time, on-budget project delivery, including quality assurance
  • Actively contribute to project planning, effort estimation, and time management
  • Early identification of risks and development of effective mitigation measures
  • Coordinate test management — from test cases through go-live
  • Support presales activities, e.g., with solution sketches, proposals, and demo presentations

Requirements

  • Several years of experience (minimum 4 years) implementing SuccessFactors Time Tracking, including customizing and system configuration
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end projects — from kick-off through post-live support
  • Strong quality awareness and excellent time and project management skills
  • Analytical thinking, structured work approach, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and technical knowledge in the SuccessFactors context
  • Certifications in Employee Central (EC) and Time Tracking (TT)
  • Fluent in German and English
