About the role

  • Ensure that services are delivered according to SLAs to clients served from own team.
  • Monitor, report and analyse KPIs around service excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and take immediate corrective actions whenever KPIs or SLAs are not met.
  • Ensure prompt, timely and efficient payroll deliveries to customer according to payroll calendar and customer expectations.
  • Responsible for testing and taking into production of system changes and improvements.
  • Support the efficient change management process.
  • Prioritize and delegate team work efficiently.
  • Ensure that Zalaris relevant controls and policies are implemented and followed.
  • Proactively drive near/offshoring transition activities for own customers.
  • Promote Lean way of working and ensure that Lean morning meetings are held.
  • Act as line manager for team members and ensure correct time writing in own team.

Requirements

  • German Speaking Team Manager experienced from working with and in-depth understanding of payroll and personnel administration.
  • Payroll accounting and payroll processes end-to-end.
  • SAP HCM user experience (or other HCM and/or Payroll information system).
  • Knowledge on labor laws and other relevant payroll related regulation.
  • Experience in outsourcing of HR /payroll, accounting, IT or other business functions either from service provider or customer side.
  • Experience in working with customers.
  • Good people management skills and a genuine interest in contributing to developing people.
  • Business minded and alert to customer's needs and expectations.
  • Proactive in cooperation with other team managers and the management in Zalaris.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan and be structured to deliver timely and positive results.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Very good spoken and written English in combination with local language as mother tongue/fluent.
