About the role
- Lead SAP HR / HCM projects throughout the entire lifecycle from design to post-implementation support
- Analyze, plan, and optimize HR and payroll processes while serving as the primary contact for clients
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources, including reporting and risk management
- Coordinate onshore and offshore teams and ensure effective stakeholder communication
- Support pre-sales activities, including proposal structuring, effort estimation, and client presentations
- Ensure quality and continuous improvement through the application of best practices (e.g., SAP Activate, SCRUM, PRINCE2)
Requirements
- Several years of experience managing SAP HR / HCM projects, ideally with a focus on Payroll
- Solid knowledge of SAP HR/Payroll processes and an understanding of related HR topics
- Proven experience leading interdisciplinary, international project teams
- Confident in both traditional and agile project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet)
- Strong communication and presentation skills when engaging with clients and internal stakeholders
- Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken) with a solution-oriented and responsible working style.
