About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end value delivery of the Ecosystem. You’ll translate high-level vision into a refined, high-impact roadmap and drive its execution.
- Become the go-to expert on our developer landscape, competitor moves, and market trends.
- Balance customer value with long-term system reliability. You’ll use a product-led growth mindset to say "no" to the good ideas so you can say "yes" to the great ones, firmly explaining the "why" in a language that stakeholders understand and respect.
- Define the metrics that matter. You’ll proactively gather data from various qualitative and quantitative sources, critically analyze them, and iterate the product based on reliable insights.
- Communicate your vision in the "language" of your stakeholders—whether that’s a deep technical dive with engineers or a value-prop pitch to business leaders.
- Optimize the way the team works. From high-quality ticket grooming to leveraging AI for process optimization, you’ll ensure the engine runs smoothly.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent degree in an analytical field or a similar qualification.
- 5+ years professional experience, specifically driving outcomes in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (German is a plus).
