• Balance customer value with long-term system reliability. You’ll use a product-led growth mindset to say "no" to the good ideas so you can say "yes" to the great ones, firmly explaining the "why" in a language that stakeholders understand and respect.
• Define the metrics that matter. You’ll proactively gather data from various qualitative and quantitative sources, critically analyze them, and iterate the product based on reliable insights.
• Communicate your vision in the "language" of your stakeholders—whether that’s a deep technical dive with engineers or a value-prop pitch to business leaders.
• Optimize the way the team works. From high-quality ticket grooming to leveraging AI for process optimization, you’ll ensure the engine runs smoothly.

Senior Product Manager, Ecosystem

• Take full ownership of a key strategic domain, acting as the primary expert and visionary for its evolution within the Tradebyte platform.
• Translate complex problem statements into elegant solutions that work for the business and provide clear ROI for our customers.
• Adopt a "hands-on" builder mindset by running rapid Proof of Concepts and customer interviews to test viability before committing engineering resources.
• Collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams to package features, define pricing strategies, and ensure successful market adoption.
• Work hand-in-hand with Engineering teams to ensure our platform is optimized for high-volume data and remains highly performant.
• Simplify complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders and prepare to coach and mentor other Product Managers as the team grows.

• Manage the end-to-end HR lifecycle, from engaging first-day onboarding and relocations to probation check-ins and exit interviews.
• Resolve employee queries with empathy, and proactively write/update localized knowledge articles to drive self-service.
• Manage monthly payroll data entry, local benefits, and all standard HR administration.
• Own the local events calendar, internal communications, and wellbeing initiatives to create a vibrant site culture.
