About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the end-to-end HR lifecycle, from engaging first-day onboarding and relocations to probation check-ins and exit interviews.
  • Resolve employee queries with empathy, and proactively write/update localized knowledge articles to drive self-service.
  • Manage monthly payroll data entry, local benefits, and all standard HR administration.
  • Own the local events calendar, internal communications, and wellbeing initiatives to create a vibrant site culture.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of HR Operations experience, specifically in payroll and benefits administration.
  • You are a culture champion with a strong interest or background in event coordination.
  • You are tech-savvy with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP, ServiceNow) and have a solid grasp of Irish employment law.
  • You are a highly organized problem-solver and an empathetic communicator who thrives in a dynamic tech environment.
