About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take full ownership of a key strategic domain, acting as the primary expert and visionary for its evolution within the Tradebyte platform.
Translate complex problem statements into elegant solutions that work for the business and provide clear ROI for our customers.
Adopt a "hands-on" builder mindset by running rapid Proof of Concepts and customer interviews to test viability before committing engineering resources.
Collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams to package features, define pricing strategies, and ensure successful market adoption.
Work hand-in-hand with Engineering teams to ensure our platform is optimized for high-volume data and remains highly performant.
Simplify complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders and prepare to coach and mentor other Product Managers as the team grows.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have a strong background in Product Management, specifically within B2B SaaS, E-commerce, or API-first data exchange products.
You are already incorporating AI into your workflow—from synthesizing customer feedback during discovery to prototyping and "vibe coding" for delivery.
You understand SaaS metrics (GMV, unit economics) and have a proven ability to define the specific KPIs that indicate true product success.
You speak the language of engineers but can visualize complex system logic so clearly that non-experts can understand and use it immediately.
You are a pragmatic problem solver who is comfortable making fast, high-stakes decisions and saying "no" to good ideas to focus on the great ones.
You have experience launching AI solutions in the market or have actively prototyped and tested them with real-world customers.
