About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the end-to-end digital partner journey
Identify friction points in the ecosystem and coordinate cross-functional efforts
Define the vision and strategy for the central AI Platform
Build internal infrastructure empowering product teams to deploy intelligent automation
Ensure the infrastructure is modular and extensible, ready to integrate with relevant external systems
Directly oversee the roadmap for key central products
Act as a bridge between Engineering and leadership to translate technical trade-offs into business narratives
Coach and mentor junior product colleagues in the product area

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in high-scale platforms, SaaS, or Marketplaces
Understanding of APIs-as-products, developer experience (DX), and the nuances of building distributed platform services
Technical firm in the Generative AI stack
Deep understanding of LLM orchestration, Agentic workflows, and how to move from AI experimentation to production-grade automation
Expert at driving alignment across complex organizations
Ability to manage high-stakes change management and strategic programs without requiring direct line-management authority
Capable of sparring with Principal Engineers on architecture and system design
Advocating for high-quality, consistent digital experiences as a strategic differentiator for the ecosystem
