About the role
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles across all departments.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and referrals.
- Handle small team of recruiter and guide them with hiring processes
- Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, stakeholders, and past applicants to create a robust talent pipeline.
- Develop and implement recruitment policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices.
- Prepare offer letters, conduct reference and background checks, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Team management experience is must
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with exposure to both technical and non-technical hiring.
- Proven ability to source, attract, and hire diverse talent using multiple platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience in creating and implementing recruitment policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of best practices for background checks and reference verification.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
