About the role

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles across all departments.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and referrals.
  • Handle small team of recruiter and guide them with hiring processes
  • Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, stakeholders, and past applicants to create a robust talent pipeline.
  • Develop and implement recruitment policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices.
  • Prepare offer letters, conduct reference and background checks, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Team management experience is must
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with exposure to both technical and non-technical hiring.
  • Proven ability to source, attract, and hire diverse talent using multiple platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Experience in creating and implementing recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of best practices for background checks and reference verification.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
