About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support, optimization and further development of existing systems (in particular DocuWare, Combase Korona, Flour, as well as a customer app)
Analysis of business requirements and translation into technical solutions and system architectures
Design and implementation of integrations, interfaces and automations (e.g., via APIs, databases, scripting)
Participation in operational day-to-day activities as well as project-specific implementations
Management and support of projects from planning through to implementation
Acting as an interface between business departments and IT to ensure practical solutions
Ensuring stable and efficient system operations
Long-term development of a technical project role that can be flexibly deployed across different client projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems (Wirtschaftsinformatik) or a comparable qualification
Strong knowledge of SQL, web APIs and scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript or similar)
Experience with system integrations, databases and technical interfaces
Practical experience using AI tools and an understanding of their integration into software and process landscapes (e.g., automation, chatbots, analytics)
Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with existing system landscapes
Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
Understanding of business and operational processes
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with various stakeholders
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
