About the role

  • You take overall responsibility for marketing at IQ Capital
  • You develop and manage our social media strategy (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • You conceptualize video scripts, landing pages and email campaigns
  • You plan and coordinate marketing projects and external service providers (designers, video editors, etc.)
  • You create and optimize landing pages (concept, structure, copy)
  • You build email campaigns, newsletters and automation flows
  • You plan video content strategically and prepare clear briefs
  • You optimize funnel structures and increase conversion rates
  • You track performance KPIs and derive data-driven optimizations
  • You develop affiliate structures and coordinate partnerships
  • You strengthen our positioning and further build the IQ Capital brand in the prop-trading market

Requirements

  • Proven success in performance marketing—ideally in the finance, trading, or fintech environment
  • Excellent copywriting skills in German and English
  • Experience managing social media across multiple platforms
  • Understanding of customer journeys, conversion optimization and performance mechanics
  • Ability to conceptually and textually create landing pages
  • Experience with tools such as Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign or HubSpot
  • Combination of strategic and hands-on operational thinking
  • Independent, structured and self-motivated working style
  • Ability to coordinate multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously
