- Short-form video cutting for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels & TikTok
- Long-form cutting for YouTube and podcast content
- Transform long-form content into short-form videos
- Sound design & music selection aligned with current social media trends
- Performance-oriented content optimization (hook, retention, pacing, storytelling)
- Creating platform-appropriate subtitles/captions
- Clean, fast editing with an aesthetic eye
- Actively contribute to and evolve our content
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in at least one tool: DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or CapCut
- Strong intuition for social media & YouTube — you understand what works and why
- Performance-oriented mindset (hook, retention, pace, story)
- Confident across long-form → short-form repurposing, subtitling, sound design, timing & pacing
- Independent, structured, and proactive work style
- Ability to give and receive honest feedback
- Focus on growth, quality & performance
- Aesthetic sensibility for graphic elements
- Bonus: experience with motion design
