About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the planning and coordination of in-store media and POP materials by aligning with campaign owners to ensure timely and effective execution for each campaign window.
  • Prepare and distribute the monthly In-store media communication Brief, providing a comprehensive summary of all in-store media activities.
  • Coordinate with vendor partners to ensure timely content uploads and oversee content accuracy across all stores for every campaign window.
  • Monitor and verify the implementation of in-store communication materials to ensure consistency with campaign objectives and brand standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and external vendors to support seamless campaign execution and drive operational excellence.
  • Drive Channel Strategy through all touch points to build holistic customer experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing operations, trade marketing, retail marketing, campaign execution, or a related function.
  • Experience coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple stakeholders and vendors.
  • Experience in retail, QSR, FMCG, or multi-unit business environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with in-store marketing materials, POP management, and digital signage platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and drive timely resolutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Results-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing changing priorities.
