Marketing Assistant – Coordinator
Yum! Center for Global Franchise ExcellenceMarketing Assistant responsible for coordinating meetings and providing admin support at KFC. Overseeing logistics for events and managing departmental budget and reports.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for coordinating all global/local department related meetings, including any activities with franchise partners.
- Provide overall admin support related to department. Ex: presentation, excel report, connecting with vendors.
- Coordinate local and international travels and store visits.
- Provide admin support as needed to the directors (Calendar managements and meetings). As well as taking minutes of the meeting and follow up action items.
- Full ownership of logistic coordination of any conference, big events, partnership celebration, Annual Operating Plans, Agency pitching.
- Oversee and advice department’s budget and report status.
- Support on marketing admin projects assigned by coach
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum five years of experience in assistant role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other related field.
- Proven experience serving top managements.
- Strong work ethic must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Self-starter able to take initiative and follow through the meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent in English communication
