About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and deliver reliable, timely sales reporting and foundational analytics for the Germany business
- Support monthly business review reporting
- Deliver clear, concise performance commentary (trends, risks, opportunities)
- Maintain and validate POS data (daily/weekly checks for completeness & accuracy)
- Track and report channel performance (sales, mix, trends)
- Conduct basic to intermediate analysis on promotions & PPNOC initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data manipulation, basic modelling)
- Experience with data reporting and performance tracking
- Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple sources
- Strong attention to detail (data accuracy is critical)
- Ability to translate data into simple insights
- 3+ years experience in finance or commercial role
- Power BI familiarity – strongly preferred
- Basic SQL understanding
- Experience in retail/QSR/aggregator environments
- English language proficiency
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, or comparable experience
