About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and deliver reliable, timely sales reporting and foundational analytics for the Germany business
Support monthly business review reporting
Deliver clear, concise performance commentary (trends, risks, opportunities)
Maintain and validate POS data (daily/weekly checks for completeness & accuracy)
Track and report channel performance (sales, mix, trends)
Conduct basic to intermediate analysis on promotions & PPNOC initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data manipulation, basic modelling)
Experience with data reporting and performance tracking
Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple sources
Strong attention to detail (data accuracy is critical)
Ability to translate data into simple insights
3+ years experience in finance or commercial role
Power BI familiarity – strongly preferred
Basic SQL understanding
Experience in retail/QSR/aggregator environments
English language proficiency
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, or comparable experience
