About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support franchisee development by owning the new unit and remodel registration process
Manage the remodel and new development pipelines
Track franchisee obligation dates at a store level and any changes to them
Assist KFC US field development team to smooth/reset franchisee asset obligations
Partner with KFC US field development team to register new restaurant sites
Drive process improvement in KFC CRM and Accounts Receivable tools
Manage the end to end franchise agreement process – from generation to termination

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA required; 2-4 years relevant work experience
Solid verbal & written communication skills as well as interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong organizational skills, with ability to work independently and multi-task in a complex, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
High attention to detail
Resourceful nature, with strong customer-service orientation
Experience with CRM tools and financial management systems
Effective communicator who can present complex findings in a clear and complete manner
Advanced Excel skills needed and familiarity with AIS & Domo or Power BI
