Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee all on-premise channel operations, performance, and technologies.
Ensure the effective management and scaling of in-restaurant technologies, including POS, kiosks, digital menu boards, and other FOH and BOH technologies and applications.
Lead the strategy and execution of all on-premise channel operations.
Oversee the deployment and performance of all FOH and BOH technologies.
Manage the performance and optimization of digital menu boards.
Ensure effective implementation, management, and performance of kiosk and self-service technologies.
Develop and execute strategies to scale on-premise technology solutions across restaurants.
Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on-premise operations with overall business objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant operations, technology management, or a related field.
Proven experience managing and scaling on-premise technologies in a retail or restaurant environment.
Strong project management and analytical skills.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with FOH and BOH technologies, digital menu boards, and kiosks.
Ability to manage multiple projects and drive technology performance improvements.
