Key responsibilities & impact

Own the quality and readiness of Saucy! in-restaurant and digital technology stack by leading comprehensive QA planning, execution, and release cycles.
Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet defined quality standards prior to deployment.
Execute and evolve manual and automated test strategies, manage defects through resolution, and ensure QA environments and labs effectively support certification and production readiness across Saucy! platforms.

What you’ll need

2–4 years of professional experience in manual Quality Assurance or a related role.
Hands-on experience testing in-restaurant and digital systems, including POS, KDS, kiosks, mobile applications (iOS/Android), web, and e-commerce platforms.
Strong experience creating, executing, and maintaining manual test cases and test plans.
Working knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar systems).
Exposure to QA automation tools and a demonstrated interest in test or task automation is a plus.
Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and a foundational understanding of API concepts is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document issues and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment with changing priorities.
Proven ability to balance high quality standards with delivery timelines.
Resourceful, proactive self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to remain flexible and adapt to evolving business and technology needs.
