About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for field (restaurant) compensation delivery for approximately 900 equity restaurants
Timely bonus plan administration
Minimum wage monitoring and issue resolution
Assisting with survey participation/market analysis
Delivery of year-end compensation activities (salary planning, annual bonus payouts, etc)
Report into the Total Rewards Business Partner (TRBP) – Taco Bell & Habit Burger
Work closely with the broader Yum Total Rewards teams, Division/Brand People & Culture teams, HRIT, Payroll, and external vendors

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent customer service
High attention to detail
Systems and process-improvement driven
Intellectually curious / analytical with ability to make connections between data sets
Ability to read, analyze and interpret mathematical information.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Compensation experience is a plus
Experience and comfort with data management and people systems, including HRIS (bonus system experience, a plus)
