About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support partner-specific delivery strategy by analyzing performance, identifying trends, and helping inform recommendations
Assist in managing day-to-day communication with DoorDash and Grubhub, including coordination, follow-ups, and issue resolution
Coordinate and track aggregator-specific tests, including setup, performance monitoring, and results reporting
Track and help manage co-marketing budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with planned initiatives
Support briefing and execution of campaign assets in partnership with Marketing and Creative teams
Coordinate with the Media team to support integration of delivery initiatives into broader media plans
Assist in preparing materials for joint business planning and quarterly business reviews
Help identify opportunities for tech and operational enhancements to improve delivery performance and experience
Ensure partner initiatives are aligned with internal priorities by maintaining timelines, tracking deliverables, and supporting cross-functional communication

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree required
3-5 years of experience in marketing, partnerships or digital commerce
Strong analytical skills with experience working with data to generate insights and support decision making
Experience working with external partners, vendors, or marketplace platforms preferred
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels
Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
High level of ownership and accountability with a strong desire to learn and grow
Demonstrates logical and strategic thinking skills with a strong drive for results
Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with ability to work independently and multi-task in a complex, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities
Experience working with cross functional teams to support creative ideas geared towards the delivery space a plus
