Requirements

What you’ll need

10–12+ years of experience in ecommerce, marketplaces (3P), digital strategy, or related fields (QSR preferred)
Demonstrated ability to operate independently in complex, ambiguous environments
Proven track record of solving highly complex, cross-functional business problems
Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic decisions
Deep commercial acumen (conversion, AOV, channel economics, profitability)
Experience shaping long-term strategy and enterprise-level frameworks
Ability to move from ambiguity → structure → enterprise impact
