About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional efforts, driving innovation and LTO initiatives.
  • Execute strategic growth plans, identifying process improvements.
  • Ensure efficient decision-making within the Marketing department.
  • Work closely with Business Leadership Teams and Marketing SLT.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Min 6 - 8 Years’ experience in roles involved with program and process management.
  • Involvement in an operational & integrated business planning and execution
  • Exposure to innovation and marketing stage gate models advantageous
  • Cross functional experience
  • Experience in program and project management
  • Preferably experience in food manufacturing or retailing business.
