Head of E-Commerce, CRM, Media

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the strategy, growth, and execution of KFC Thailand’s e-Commerce growth agenda
- Partner with the marketing leadership team to develop and execute KFC Thailand’s marketing vision
- Collaborate with the head of product to align and execute KFC Thailand’s digital and technology road map
- Build strong cross-functional relationships at all levels and foster and inclusive and team first culture
- Regularly engage with key franchisee stakeholders to bring them on our transformation journey
- Identify and trial AI powered tools that can improve team efficiency and customer digital experience
- Leverage data and insights from all sources to drive ongoing prioritization and improvement across the entire e-commerce program
- Lead performance marketing strategy and media plan to deliver overall marketing plan effectiveness
- Lead CRM strategy and long-term vision for KFC to grow same consumer sales growth, customer loyalty, and maximize “Customer Lifetime Value”
- Coach and develop a high performing team of talented e-commerce and media marketers
- Ensure day to day operational excellence across media, aggregators, Kiosks, app/web, and loyalty
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce
- Demonstrated team leadership with experience in people development and high performance
- Previous experience in QSR, retail, or e-commerce would be highly regarded
- Proven experience in developing transformational digital or e-commerce growth strategies
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving top line and bottom line
- Good interpersonal skills and can work with diverse individuals at all levels with cross-cultural understanding
- Ability to communicate effectively & fluently in both English & Thai
- Able to work under pressure and help the business prioritize various projects and workstreams
