About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As a key member of the Talent and Culture team, the HR Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to both employees and leaders.
  • They provide and execute strategic solutions that support company objectives, provide comprehensive HR support to employees, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Stakeholder engagement is pivotal in making this role a success as well as partnering with local HR teams to drive talent and organizational effectiveness within the global markets you support.
  • In addition to supporting your client groups, you will own select cross-PCBP coordination efforts, partnering closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure strong execution of enterprise processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of progressive HR/P&C experience
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law (required)
  • HR Experience supporting multi-country teams preferred
  • Experience working for a global, multi-faceted organisation
  • Proven ability to manage employee relations and performance matters independently
  • Experience working with Senior Global Leaders
  • Remote leadership experience
  • Strong operational discipline and follow-through
  • Practical, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to influence senior leaders
