About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze large-scale operational data to identify trends, performance drivers, and opportunities, and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations for restaurant operators.
Design and maintain high-quality dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Domo, Power BI, Tableau, or similar), ensuring queries, data models, and pipelines are optimized for performance, scalability, and growing data volume.
Conduct correlation analysis, impact analysis, and structured investigations to understand root causes and quantify business impact.
Collaborate with product, business, and operations stakeholders to define problems, align on metrics, and communicate insights clearly in English to drive decision-making.
Take full ownership of analytical work — from problem framing and data preparation to insight generation and delivery — with a proactive, high-accountability mindset.

Requirements

What you’ll need

6 years of hands-on experience in data analysis.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write efficient, optimized queries for large-scale datasets.
Strong experience with BI tools (e.g., Domo, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
Solid understanding of data warehouse concepts and data modeling, with the ability to structure data for performance and scalability.
Proven experience in mobile app or product analytics.
Strong foundation in correlation analysis, impact analysis, and trend analysis.
Demonstrated strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate business needs into data solutions.
Exceptional independence and a proactive approach to problem-solving; comfortable taking initiative and driving projects autonomously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience building recommendation models or analytical solutions that drive actions.
Familiarity with Machine Learning / AI concepts.
Experience working with large-scale operational or transactional data.
Background in F&B, retail, or operations-heavy environments.
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making through data.
