Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for lease accounting CAM reconciliations for specified brands which drives impact across the Yum! business through working with assigned brands.
Play an active role in the month end processing for Lease Accounting and Project Costing.
Work closely with Accounting Services, landlords and vendors.
Report to the Lease Accounting Manager.

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other Finance related are preferred.
1-3 years’ experience in lease accounting and reconciling accounts. General accounting experience is acceptable.
Strong systems and software aptitude (JD Edwards, Oracle and Reports Now helpful).
Strong analytical skills and immediate to advanced Excel skills are necessary.
Effective written and oral communications skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
