About the role

  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality HR services.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that support the overall business objectives of the restaurant services group.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of HR data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR solutions.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce is attracted and retained.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members, fostering a culture of growth and learning.
  • Manage employee relations, handling sensitive issues and conflicts with discretion and professionalism.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving HR processes and practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with overall business strategies.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in the food industry.
  • Proven leadership experience, having successfully led a team of at least 5 people.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis tools.
  • A results-driven mindset, with a track record of achieving HR goals and objectives.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving HR issues.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
