About the role
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality HR services.
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support the overall business objectives of the restaurant services group.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of HR data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR solutions.
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce is attracted and retained.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members, fostering a culture of growth and learning.
- Manage employee relations, handling sensitive issues and conflicts with discretion and professionalism.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving HR processes and practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with overall business strategies.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in the food industry.
- Proven leadership experience, having successfully led a team of at least 5 people.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis tools.
- A results-driven mindset, with a track record of achieving HR goals and objectives.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving HR issues.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
