About the role

  • Lead a team of designers and architects to create innovative and functional restaurant designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts align with brand strategy and customer expectations.
  • Oversee the development of design guidelines and standards, ensuring consistency across all restaurant units.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in restaurant or retail design, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of design principles, trends, and best practices in the restaurant industry.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a creative approach to design challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Flexibility to travel as required for site visits and project management.
