Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in restaurant or retail design, with a proven track record of success.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent knowledge of design principles, trends, and best practices in the restaurant industry.
Proficiency in design software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a creative approach to design challenges.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
Flexibility to travel as required for site visits and project management.
