Support and execute various aspects of the franchise Ownership Change process including new franchise qualification, franchisee to franchisee transfers/re-sales, and refranchising/acquisition initiatives.
Act as primary contact for both buyer and seller throughout entire transfer process, from initial document requests to collection of final balances.
Support monitoring, compliance, and collection with all payment obligations required under the Pizza Hut Franchise Agreement.
Help drive the forecasting and management of Franchise Direct Expense account including bad debt.
Prepare, distribute, and track all financial defaults and demands.
Forecasting and management of the U.S. equity restaurant portfolio.
Support reporting for equity restaurants, including period end and quarter end close for PH Global.

Requirements

Education/Certifications – Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting or related field required
Years of Experience – Minimum of 3-5 years related experience.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and Powerpoint).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced corporate office environment.
Knowledge of Oracle (JD Edwards and/or PeopleSoft) and/or Microsoft Power BI are a plus.
