About the role

  • Lead and mentor a team of 5 sales professionals, providing guidance and support to drive individual and team performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve short-term and long-term revenue goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the food industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
