About the role

  • Concept and execute innovative, culturally relevant creative across digital, social, print, TV, in-store, and experiential channels.
  • Develop and evolve brand identities, campaign platforms, and visual systems with cross-functional teams.
  • Turn complex brand challenges into actionable, effective creative solutions and work plans.
  • Lead or support major creative projects, guiding teams toward shared goals.
  • Solve complex design problems where precedent may not exist, with strong creative judgment.
  • Improve creative processes, tools, and systems to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Present ideas clearly and confidently to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or related field—or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years in design, art direction, or integrated creative roles (agency or brand).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, brand systems, and storytelling.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite; working knowledge of After Effects, Keynote, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent typography, layout, and visual design across multiple formats.
  • Proven experience leading projects and managing vendors and production.
  • Experience working on set for photo shoots, commercials, videos, and post-production.
  • Strong independent and collaborative work skills with sound creative judgment.
  • Resilient under pressure, open to feedback, and driven to push creative boundaries.
