About the role
- - Develop and maintain product roadmap for planning and analysis solutions.
- - Partner with FP&A teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- - Manage backlog and prioritize features to maximize business value.
- - Champion agile and scrum practices across technical and business teams.
- - Track KPIs and drive continuous optimization of planning processes.
Requirements
- - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline.
- - Deep understanding of FP&A processes and planning systems.
- - Experience with financial systems and working closely with FP&A teams.
- - Hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS or similar tools.
- - Strong leadership and product management skills in agile settings.
- - Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex initiatives.
- - Experience in enterprise-scale planning transformations.
- - Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) preferred.
